Japan is the land of plenty when it comes to finding products to enhance your breasts. You can buy breast enlargement supplements and goodies at your local store and they have gadgets galore to shift and shape your breasts. Unfortunately the story is not the same for those of us living here in the US but with the help of the internet, we now have access to some of those breast enhancing goodies being sold in Japan.

One shop we came across that ships items from Japan internationally is Japan Trend Shop.  They carry over 1000 Japanese products ranging from toys to pet accessories to beauty gadgets.  Here are just a few of the products we found for the breasts.

Nipple Lightening Cream

Have insecurities with the color of your nipples? Nipple color doesn’t appear to be an issue in the US since you don’t see products like this one here but they are popular in Asian countries. This might be driven by the desire to have pink nipples like white women as Asian women generally have slightly darker colored nipples. If you are one who dreams of having pink nipples, Japan has a product for you.

Pinky Queen cream is just one of the many products available in Asia to lighten nipple color. PInky Queen is like a mask or a peel for your nipples that comes in a 40g tube. You put a thin layer of product on your nipples, let it dry (about 10-20 minutes), then peel it off. Pinky Queen is said to remove the wrinkles, darkening, and roughness of the nipple. For optimal results, it is recommended that you use it 4-5 times a week and after a shower or bath when pores are open to increase absorption of the product.

Night Bra

Breasts and gravity do not mix well as we get older. Some believe wearing a bra all day will help support your breasts and slow down sagging but that can get really uncomfortable, especially while you sleep.

Japanese Celebrity Bust Expert Takiko Shindo created a bra specifically for when you sleep to help keep the girls in place – a perfect blend of comfort and support. The Oppai Taiso Breast Gymnastics Night Bra is constructed with pads on the sides and bottom of the bra that prevent the breasts from drooping down to the sides of the body which helps the breasts keep their shape.

Breast Enlargement Cookies

Inverted Nipple Correction

Inverted nipples can be found in about 10% of women.  There are different degrees of inverted nipples ranging from slight to moderate to severe.  If you are not happy with your nipples, no need for inverted nipple correction surgery, Japan has a product for you, too.

The Inverted Nipple Suction Dream Charm Adjuster is a handheld suction device you place over your nipples.  It creates a suction over your nipples, similar to a baby sucking which has been known to cause nipples to pop out.  The device comes with three different attachments and claims to correct inverted nipples with just 3-5 mins of use per day. If you have a serious case of inverted nipples, they recommend seeing a medical professional.

Japan Trend Shop has some really cool items, definitely go check it out.  Most interesting is their line of gadgets to combat aging skin.  Type “wrinkles” into the search bar and see all the crazy contraptions that come up.  Do any of them work to reduce wrinkles? Who know but it is a fun little shop to visit.

It may look at little odd but according to Takiko Shindo, creator of Breast Gymnastics, there are a number of benefits to the breasts by doing simple moves like jiggling your breasts. Some of these benefits include increased breast health and improving the shape of the breasts.

What is Breast Gymnastics?

Breast Gymnastics or Oppai Taisou is a series of techniques created by Takiko Shindo. They appear to be a mix of fat brushing, breast massage and breast jiggling.

Breast Gymnastic Techniques

Breast Gymnastics consists of a number of techniques but here are a few to get you started.

Exercise 1 – Cup your left breast with your right hand or both hands.  Lift the breast bouncing it up and diagonally toward the center of the collarbone.  Repeat about 25-30 times at the pace of 2-3 times per second.  Repeat with right breast cupped in left hand or both hands.

Exercise 2 – Cup your right breast with your right hand and left breast with your left hand. Gently bounce breasts in a upward motion, similar to a jiggling motion. Repeat about 25-30 times at the pace of about 2-3 times per second.

Who is Takiko Shindo?

Takiko Shindo is a midwife of 35+ years from Japan. She comes from a family of midwives. Her mother was a midwife and so was her grandmother. Ms. Shindo is an Ayurveda teacher and the chairman of the Breast Therapy Association. She is the founder of the Wellness Life Institute in Japan where she combines the basic theory of Ayurveda, her experience as a midwife and traditional medicine.  Ms. Shindo is also an author and has published a number of books on Breast Gymnastics as well as pregnancy.

Takiko Shindo has been on a variety of Japanese shows demonstrating the effectiveness of her techniques used in Breast Gymnastics. She has demonstrated her program on models who appear to have almost instantly increased their bust size up to at least 2cm. Below is a video of Ms. Shindo giving a demonstration on a model.

Oppai Taisou products

Ms Shindo has a variety of products under the Oppai Taisou brand ranging from tools to assist in performing Breast Gymnastics to bras that support your breasts while you sleep.

Breast Gymnastics Hand Massager

The hand massager is actually molded in the shape of Ms Shindo’s hand so it’s like you’re getting your own personal massage from her. One of the techniques seen in the above videos involves reaching around your back and moving your hand towards your breasts. The hand massager is able to reach where you normally can’t and is supposed to enhance the experience.  If anything, it could double as a back scratcher.

Breast Gymnastics Night Bra

This special bra prevents sagging and helps breasts keep their shape.  It has padding placed in several places that keep the breasts from sagging down the sides of the body while you are lying down on your back or side.  The Night Bra provides plenty of support while still being comfortable enough to sleep in.

Papaya is considered a top boobie food in China, specifically green papaya. Ask almost any NBE’er in China what their number one tip for breast growth is and most will say to eat green papaya and drink green papaya milk (more on that later).

Benefits of Papaya for Breast Enlargement

So what makes papaya so good for breast growth? Papaya is rich in nutrients and enzymes and these enzymes are the key. They break down proteins (another must in a good boobie diet) which promotes the body’s absorption of these proteins. Though you can eat ripe papaya and reap benefits, green papaya is highly recommended. As the fruit ripens, those beneficial enzymes deplete. Green papaya contains up to twice as much of these protein breaking enzymes compared to ripe papayas.

The enzymes and vitamin A found in green papaya is also believed to stimulate the secretion of female hormones estrogen and prolactin which can assist in breast development. We personally don’t believe that eating papaya alone will increase breast size but eating green papaya can be a great add-on to any breast enlargement routine.

It is recommended that you eat plenty of proteins like nuts, milk or meats while eating green papaya so you can reap the full benefits of the protein breaking enzymes found in this fruit.

Where to Buy Green Papaya

Most Asian stores carry green papaya, especially the larger stores. We found some for $1.29 per pound at our local Asian store. But if you are having a hard time locating green papaya, you can always purchase fresh green papaya from Amazon. Yes – Amazon sells produce.  It is a bit pricier though at $21 for about 4lbs.

Amazon also carries green papaya powder that you can easily stir into milk or a smoothie.  We always believe fresh is a better option but if you don’t have access to fresh green papaya, powder is better than nothing.

How to Prepare Papaya

Fresh ripe papaya can be peeled and eaten. Green Papaya can be easily thrown into smoothies or juiced in a juicer. Here are two simple green papaya recipes that women in China recommend you should consume daily as part of any breast enlargement program.

Green Papaya Milk

1 small or medium-sized green papaya (about 1½ -2 cups of papaya )
½ cup milk
¼ cup sugar (or other sweetener) optional

Peel green papaya and cut into cubes.  Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix.  You can add ice to make it more like a smoothie.  Sugar can be substituted with another sweetener and adjusted to your taste.  Milk can be substituted with soy milk or almond milk as well. You can also add walnuts or any other nut for additional protein.

Green Papaya Yogurt

1 cup yogurt
2 cup green papaya
2 tbs milk (condensed)

Peel green papaya and cut into cubes.  Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix.  Amount of condensed milk can be adjusted depending on how sweet you want it. For additional protein, you can use Greek yogurt and/or add nuts.

Both of these are considered good boobie recipes because they include a good amount of protein from the milk or yogurt.  They are just a few quick and easy recipes recommended specifically for breast growth but there are a number of green papaya recipes found online. Green Papaya Breast Enlargement products

A company in Korea has infused the benefits of green papaya into a tea called MilkyG.  The key ingredients in this tea are bird’s nest, green papaya and pueraria mirifica. This Korean Bust Up formula has been patented in Korea and claims to increase breast size and improve skin condition.

Mayusakimilk

Mayusakimilk is another amazing breast enlargement story from Japan. Her growth is even more amazing than Chiyomilk’s. She grew from barely anything to a Japanese H cup (E cup in US) in a little over a year using many of the same methods and products Chiyomilk used.

Similar to Chiyomilk, she would use certain products based on where she was in her cycle – known as cycling. And like Chiyomilk, she would take her basal body temperature (BBT) every morning so she knew exactly where her was in her cycle and what supplements she needed to take at that time. Ladies Pueraria 99% is a high quality Pueraria Mirifica supplement from Japan. Each pill contains 330mg of Pueraria Mirifica and is commonly used among NBE’ers in Japan.  Each package contains 60 tablets and can last about 4 months if you choose to cycle your routine.

Glamour is a low phytoestrogen / progesterone supplement that contains a mix of Pueraria Mirifica, Black Cohosh and Chasteberry (vitex).  Each tablet is 450mg and each package of Glamour contains 90 tablets.

Whitex is a supplement that contains a number of ingredients including pig placenta, eggshell membranes, hyaluronic acid, biotin and elastin to name a few.  It is available in tablet form or as a powder.  The powder can be easily mixed with water or any drink of your choice.  The tablets come in 240 count packages with each tablet containing 262mg of the Whitex blend while the powder comes in 30 count packages with each containing 1500mg of the blend.

Puruoi is a nano collagen product that is available in powder form.  The product uses a marine collagen derived from fish and each packet contains 1500mg. It is said to be heat resistant so you can either sprinkle it on food or dissolve it in a drink like coffee.  Puruoi also produces a collagen face gel and cream.

Fat Brushing / Massage

Another important component of Chiyomilk’s routine was a good massage / fat brushing program. Her routine consisted of a technique known as  fat brushing which she learned while visiting a bust care salon in Japan. In fat brushing, she would glide her hands over specific parts of her body to redistribute fat from that area to her breasts. These areas included moving fat from her arms, belly and back. An additional benefit of the fat brushing technique is removing toxins from the body by clearing the lymphatic system.

Chiyomilk recommends doing 20 minutes of fat brushing each and every day (10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening). She also recommends using a good lotion to help hands glide over the body. If you are skinny, this technique will probably not work for you as she says you must have flab for it to work.

A Good Bra

Yes, hormones and fat brushing are important but what are bigger boobs without a good shape? Chiyomilk believes that a good bra should be the highest priority for a successful breast enlargement routine.  She used a special bra known as a “correction bra” throughout her journey. These bras help mold and shape of the breasts. They are designed to create a cone shape (aka rocket breasts as Chiyomilk called it) to give you support and prevent sagging. As you can see from the image, Chiyomilk’s breasts are big, nice and perky. The correction bra helps to keep the fat you brushed stay in the breasts and not seep back to where it came from.

Chiyomilk used the Bradelis bra which is decently priced at about $30 each but with the number of bras she went through as she grew, it was definitely an investment – well worth it!  She now uses the Corele bra which is much more expensive at about $100 each.  Chiyomilk recommends getting fitted for the perfect size but if that is not possible, be sure that it is snug around the band with a little room in the cups.  The snug band will help keep the fat and breast tissue in place while the extra room in the cups won’t restrict your breasts and allows room for them to grow.

10 Chicken Feet
200g Peanuts
1 Papaya
4 Slices of Ginger
Water
Salt (to taste)

Wash peanuts and let soak for 1 hour.

Wash chicken feet and cut off nails.
Cut ginger into thin slices.
Put all ingredients into a pot.
Add water – enough to cover ingredients.
Bring water to a boil then lower the temperature and let simmer for 1 hour.
Add salt if needed.

An easier and possibly more beneficial way to get your dose of chicken feet is to make a stock from the feet. With the stock, you can drink as is or make into your favorite soup.  The process of making stock requires cooking at a low temperature for a long period of time so that all the goodness from the chicken feet are seeped out. This method is also good for those who can’t get past the ew factor of the feet.

2 pounds of chicken feet
2 large carrots, cut in half
1 onion, cut into wedges
2 celery ribs, cut in half
1 bunch of fresh thyme
1 bay leaf
10 peppercorns

Where to Buy Chicken Feet

So ready to give chicken feet a try?  Chicken feet is not something that is widely sold.  Here in Austin, chicken feet cannot be found at your local chain supermarket but can easily be found at local Asian and Mexican markets.  I was able to find pastured chicken feet from a local farm (Richardson Farms) that sells products at a farmers market.  It wasn’t on their list of products but I went ahead and asked since they sold other chicken products. Glad I did! They have feet for $3 per pound and their chickens are pastured, meaning they are free to roam the grass fields and eat the grass and bugs they find. Plus, they are hormone-free and antibiotic-free.  So if you have a local butcher or farmers market in your area, try asking if they carry chicken feet.  Otherwise, there are places like Blackwing that ship the feet frozen, which can get a little pricey.

Tea is a staple in many Asian cultures and has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for centuries because of its potential health benefits.  If there is something you want to heal, there’s probably a tea for it.  Below are 5 simple Chinese Tea Recipes for Breast Enlargement.  Many of the items can be found at a Chinese grocery store or online at Amazon.

Astragalus and Jujube Tea

This popular breast enlargement tea from China is based on the legend of an Empress from the Qing Dynasty.  She was obsessed with beauty and had her imperial doctor develop a tea to enlarge breasts.  The Astragalus is believed to increase growth hormone and immunity while the jujube or Chinese red dates are said to regulate the endocrine system.

Rose buds balance the endocrine system, regulate menstruation and relieve tightness in the chest and breast pain caused by qi stagnation.

1 cup rose petals

1. Place papaya tea and rose petals in pot.
2. Boil for 5 minutes.

If using papaya powder –  place water, papaya powder and rose petals in pot and boil for 5 mins.

Motherwort, Angelica, Rose Tea

Motherwort or Yi Mu Cao is a popular Chinese herb used for natural breast enlargement.  It is said to balance hormones and relieve PMS symptoms.  Angelica, better known as Dong Quai, is a popular BE herb that is also used in the Western world.  Angelica is said to balance hormones, increase libido, regulate menstruation and increase blood circulation.

1. Place all items in a pot full of water.
2. Bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for about 10 minutes

It is recommended that this tea is consumed on the 11th, 12th and 13th day of your cycle, when estrogen levels are at their highest.

Dandelion and Dang Shen Tea

Dandelion, especially dandelion root, are rich in vitamins and minerals.  It is used to treat breast cancer as well as heal breast tissue and regulate hormone production.  Dang Shen, also known as Codonopsis or “poor man’s ginseng”, is an adaptogenic herb that is used to promote the flow of blood and qi and is commonly used to treat female infertility.  Almonds are used to balance hormones. According to studies, almonds also decrease androgen levels.

250ml Water

1. Put items in a pot and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes with lid on pot.

Chinese red dates are warm and sweet in terms of Chinese Food Therapy. They contain protein, amino acids, carotene, vitamins, iron, calcium, phosphorus and are generally found dried. The dried dates are often used in a variety of Chinese teas and soups to treat a number of health issues. Jujubes are beneficial for NBE because they regulate the endocrine system and promote the secretion of female hormones.

Huang Qi [Astragulus]

Astragulus has a long history of use in TCM. It has been consumed for centuries to treat a number of ailments but also as a means of disease prevention and to promote healthy living. Astragulus contains high nutritional value and is said to improve the immune system as well as cardiovascular health. In regards to breast enlargement, studies have shown that Astragulus can stimulate the release of growth hormones in rats and as a result, may increase growth hormones in humans. Astragulus is generally consumed as a tea with other herbs including wolfberries and jujubes.

Dong Quai [Chinese Angelica Root]

Angelica root is an herb commonly used in Western breast enlargement and can be found as an ingredient in many commercial herbal breast enlargement pills. In TCM, Angelica improves blood circulation and helps to strengthen female hormones. Angelica is also said to increase libido and regulate menstruation, and is often used to induce late periods.

Wang Bu Liu Xiang [Vaccaria Root]

Vaccaria is known to activate the blood and promote blood circulation. It is commonly used in TCM to treat a variety of gynecological issues including regulating menstruation.  The use of Vaccaria to increase prolactin and milk production has been recorded as far back as the Han Dynasty and continues to be used today to increase milk production in new mothers. There is supposedly a study published in June 1995 from the National Taiwan University, Yang Ming Medical College showing evidence that Vaccaria promotes significant breast cell growth in as little as five days. Unfortunately, I was not able to find any additional information on this study.

Yi Mu Cao [Motherwort]

Motherwort is regularly used as an gynecological herb in TCM. Studies have shown that it provides significant increase in uterine contractions as well as shrinks the uterus postpartum. It is also used to regulate menstruation. Motherwort honey can be found in China and contains essential amino acids, vitamins, trace elements and other active enzymes and nutrients. Motherwort is also popular for it skin enhancing properties and is used both topically and orally for this reason.

Gou Qi Zi [Wolfberry]

Some believe that wolfberries, also known as Goji berries,  are the most effective breast enhancer in TCM. Consuming wolfberries is said to increase blood circulation as well as regulate endocrine function, all of which is believed to accelerate the supply of nutrients to breast cells/tissue. In addition, wolfberries are rich in carotenoids, B vitamins, vitamin C and a variety of amino acids and minerals – all beneficial to breast cell development.

Dang Shen [Codonopsis]

Codonopsis or “poor man’s ginseng” is another favored herb in TCM. It has high nutritional value and is used to boost the immune system. A variety of essential amino acids, trace elements, vitamins and minerals can be found in Codonopsis. It is beneficial for NBE as it provides the body with increased flow of blood and qi, as well as plenty of nutrients to promote breast growth.

Bust-up (pronounced basuto appu) is a term used in Japan for natural breast enhancement. While the English derived term has no real meaning in the western world, in Japan it means “to increase bust size” and “to raise the position of the bust” or make the breasts fuller and perkier.  The Bust-up method was made popular in the NBE community by the success of Chiyomilk who used its principles to achieve her amazing growth.

The main components of Bust-up include massage, exercise, acupressure points, supplements, proper diet and breast shaping bras.

Lymphatic massage

Lymphatic massage promotes lymphatic flow and is a fundamental part of Bust-up. Many Japanese videos showing massage techniques to increase bust size start with some type of lymphatic massage. These simple movements discharge toxins and waste from the breast area preparing the breasts to receive the nutrients from food and supplements more effectively.

Breast Massage

In Bust-up, breast massage is thought to stimulate the mammary glands. Breast massage also increases blood flow to the breasts which help to bring in more oxygen and nutrients, all of which assist in breast growth.

Acupressure Points

Shiatsu points, similar to Chinese acupressure points, are used to increase blood circulation, improve lymph flow, balance female hormones as well as promote hormone secretion.

Another essential item in a Bust-up diet are foods that contain boron. Boron is said to promote the secretion of estrogen. Cabbage, specifically raw cabbage, is a food that is commonly recommended in Bust-up but boron can be found in other vegetables, as well as fruits and nuts.

Get Plenty of Sleep

Chiyomilk might be a poster child for natural breast enlargement in our NBE world but there is an even more popular lady in Japan. Her name is Aki Hoshino. Aki Hoshino is a bikini model from Japan whose young face along with big breasts and small waist have made her very popular in her country.

Ms. Hoshino used many of the same Bust-up methods that Chiyomilk used to achieve her amazing breast growth of a B cup to an F cup. She is one of few to publicly announce that she naturally grew her breasts. As expected, she received some backlash and people accused her of getting breast implants. As with many people in the world, they found it hard to believe that women can grow breasts after puberty.

In 2005, Aki Hoshino had a doctor perform a CT scan on live TV to prove her breasts were indeed 100% natural. She has also allowed many women to touch her breasts and they have confirmed her breasts are real.

Ms. Hoshino also used a product called Wonder Bomb which is a Pueraria Mirifica cream found in Japan. It contains a number of ingredients including collagen, soy extract, pomegranate extract, and other plant extracts.

I believe that Aki Hoshino’s breasts are 100% real.  If you look at the many pictures of Aki Hoshino available online, especially ones where she is laying down, implants just don’t lay like that.  Plus, I know NBE is possible.

There are so many NBE success stories from Japan – Aki Hoshino, Chiyomilk, and Mayusaki to name just a few.  Is it because their culture is more open to the idea of natural breast enlargement so there are more people doing it which leads to more success stories?
